Codemagos Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a web application that helps users create, preview, export, save, and schedule social media posts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored securely as a hash).
• Subscription and billing data: plan status, payment references, and billing history needed to manage your subscription.
• Content you create: template selections, field data, captions, uploaded or linked images, exported images, and saved posts.
• Social connections: if you connect platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn, we store OAuth tokens and basic profile details (display name and avatar) needed to show connection status and publish on your behalf.
• Usage and technical data: basic logs such as authentication events, publish status, and error messages to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

• Provide account access, templates, previews, exports, and the My Posts library.
• Process subscriptions and billing.
• Connect social accounts you authorize and publish posts you explicitly save or schedule.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate service-related updates when necessary.

3. Social platform connections

Connecting a social account is optional. We only request permissions needed to display your connected profile and to upload/publish content you create in Codemagos Studio. We do not sell social platform data, and we do not use connected accounts for advertising on your behalf without your action. You may disconnect a platform at any time from Social Connections.

4. Sharing of information

We share information only when needed to operate the service, including:

• Payment processors for subscription payments.
• Social platforms you connect, solely to authenticate and publish content you request.
• Service providers that host or support our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data retention

We retain account, billing, and content data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Social connection tokens are removed when you disconnect. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

• Update or delete saved posts in My Posts.
• Disconnect social accounts at any time.
• Request account or data deletion by contacting support.

8. Children’s privacy

Codemagos Studio is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
